ABOUT

I’m an accredited coaching practitioner, specializing in the science of well-being, resilience and psychological flexibility. My work is evidence-informed, drawing from research within contextual behavioral science, positive psychology, coaching psychology — fields focused on how people thrive, adapt, and function effectively in everyday life. I work in non-clinical settings, privately and within organizations. A core focus in my practice is helping people to develop the psychological skills and resources to support them in challenging times, reach meaningful goals, and increase their well-being.

MY APPROACH

I've spent most of my life fascinated by how humans navigate complexity or high degrees of uncertainty, without compromising their functioning or their well-being. Today, I help people strengthen the skills and capacities that support their adaptability, optimal functioning and well-being.

I support individuals and groups in achieving what matters to them — whether that’s reaching meaningful goals, navigating a particularly complex situation, or enhancing performance. I act as a partner, providing both the space and the strategies to help you think well, take effective action, and make positive, sustainable changes.

Our work together centers on your learning and development, and may explore a specific challenge, transition, or decision point. It may involve clarifying competing priorities, developing better ways to respond more effectively under pressure, or reducing patterns or narratives that may be limiting your progress. Importantly, we focus not only on what isn’t working, but also on identifying and strengthening what is already working well.

I hold a social-ecological view of how people function well — recognizing that well-being, behavior, performance, and positive outcomes are shaped not only by internal resources, but also by relationships, environments, and wider systems.

Where useful, I integrate structured tools, models, and practices to deepen insight and support real-world application. Key to my practice is translating psychological science into clear practical insight that’s relevant to real life challenges, both in and out of work.

MY WHY

Before training formally in the science of optimal functioning and behavior change, my work spanned talent, people management, and education. Across these roles, my focus has remained constant: people — how they grow, what motivates them, and what enables them to thrive. That thread continues to shape my work today.

Values
Integrity, depth, and authenticity guide how I live, both in and out of work, alongside a strong commitment to the quality of the relationships I build.

Strengths
I thrive when using my personal strengths* — perspective, wisdom, resilience, and social intelligence. They shape how I approach complexity, challenge, and responsibility, across the different areas of my life.

Actions
I show up with commitment, attention, and intention — whether I’m working with clients or raising my children. I believe in leaving people, systems, and situations stronger than I found them.
