COACHING FOR GROUPS
I facilitate group coaching programs for organizations and communities. Individual goals; Shared learning and development.
ORGANIZATIONS
Research shows that group coaching strengthens self-awareness, self-belief, and a sense of belonging—key drivers of learning, adaptability, and sustained performance at work.
The impact is both relational and developmental, as well as practical—offering a scalable way to support learning, well-being, and performance across groups.
Unlike individual coaching, group coaching leverages the dynamics between people. Insight is not only generated internally, but shaped through dialogue and shared experience. This creates a dynamic where learning is both personal and collective, extending beyond the individual.
Group coaching may be a particularly impactful intervention for specific demographics or those with particular areas of development.
I design bespoke group coaching programs to sit alongside organizational initiatives such as return-to-work transitions, employee engagement, well-being and DEI strategies, and leadership development.

COMMUNITIES
As growing evidence shows, how we flourish is deeply shaped by our relationships, our communities, and our sense of belonging to something beyond ourselves.
These experiences don’t just support our well-being — they also shape how people make sense of things. When people feel connected to others, research shows that they are more likely to experience a heightened sense of well-being and insight that endures, particularly through challenge and uncertainty.
This is why a portion of my practice is dedicated to programs within the community — outside of organizational contexts — working with groups where the impact is high, yet the opportunity to access this work is oftentimes low.
Group coaching creates a space where people come together around a shared context—whether that’s a common experience, a transition, or a set of challenges they are navigating.
This shared ground fosters connection and reduces isolation, creating the conditions for more open reflection, social support, and sustained change.
If this resonates, or if you know a community that could benefit, I’d love to hear from you.
