COACHING FOR GROUPS

ORGANIZATIONS

Research shows that group coaching within organizations can strengthen self-awareness, self-belief, and a sense of belonging. Unlike individual coaching, group coaching leverages the dynamics between participants, where insight is generated and shaped through dialogue and shared experiences. The result is learning that is both individual and collective, and an impact that is both developmental and relational.

Group coaching is a scalable way to support learning, well-being, and performance. It can be particularly powerful when integrated with existing employee development programs, training initiatives, and organizational priorities — such as leadership development, return-to-work transitions, employee engagement, well-being, and DEI strategies.

COMMUNITIES

Research suggests that our relationships, our communities, and our sense of belonging to something beyond ourselves profoundly shape our well-being and the way we make sense of the world around us.

When people explore their experiences in the presence of others—particularly those who share a similar context—they gain new perspectives and are more likely to experience deeper learning, greater connection, and a stronger sense of possibility.

This is why a portion of my practice is dedicated to community-based programs. I work with groups where the potential for impact is high, yet opportunities to access this kind of developmental support are often limited.

Example groups include parents, caregivers, affinity groups, and others connected by a shared experience, challenge, or stage of life.

If this resonates, or if you know of a community that could benefit, I’d love to hear from you.
