COACHING FOR
Co-pARENTING & Divorce

When your family structure changes, it brings uncertainty, changing relationships, and planning for what comes next.

I specialize in coaching around separation, divorce, and co-parenting — helping you move forward with greater confidence and purpose.

Coaching provides a confidential, goal-oriented, and structured space to think clearly, respond more constructively to challenges, and make important decisions. When you work with me, you can expect a thoughtful, future-focused approach.

I work both one-on-one with individuals and jointly with co-parents.

Our work is always shaped around your particular circumstances, needs, and goals.

Coaching is not mediation, therapy, or legal advice. As an allied professional, I work alongside attorneys, mediators, mental health professionals, and other practitioners, providing complementary coaching that supports clients throughout the legal divorce process - before, during, and beyond.

HOW COACHING CAN HELP

Coaching can support you if you are:

Feeling stuck with key decision-making and wanting to achieve greater clarity and confidence.
·
Looking for more constructive ways to respond when emotions are running high.
·
Wanting to strengthen communication and improve your relationship with your co-parent.
·
Seeking a neutral thinking partner to help you navigate uncertainty, explore options, and move forward with purpose.
·
Wanting to take action in ways that align with your long-term goals and values.
·
Considering a career change and wanting greater clarity about your strengths, direction, and next steps (psychometric assessment is available).

A psychologically-informed approach

My work is grounded in Masters-level training in coaching psychology and positive psychology, with further professional training in group coaching and group dynamics, contextual behavioral science and its application to coaching, and facilitative mediation.

I draw on psychological knowledge and evidence-informed approaches to help people function well, both individually and with others - particularly when navigating challenging relationships, change, and uncertainty.

BOOK A SESSION

Wondering if coaching is right for you?

I offer a complimentary call to answer questions and explore whether coaching is a right fit.

If one person contacts me initially and coaching later involves another person, we'll discuss the process, expectations, and my role before beginning any joint sessions.
