COLLABORATIVE CO-PARENT COACHING

Helping parents make thoughtful decisions and build healthier long-term systems with clarity and stability.

Supporting perspective, communication, and decision-making through family transition

I offer a confidential, neutral, and non-judgmental space for parents navigating family transitions that can feel charged and complex. My role is to help you make thoughtful decisions and move forward in a way that feels sustainable.

Legal professionals can provide essential clarity around family law. Therapists can offer vital mental health support during periods of grief, stress, and major emotional change. Both hold important roles during separation and divorce.

Co-parenting coaching often sits in the space between these services — where parents are trying to make important decisions, communicate effectively, and build a future that reflects their family’s evolving needs. Separation often requires parents to shift how they communicate, relate to one another, and make decisions together. That transition can require new patterns, boundaries, and ways of working together — and that’s where this work can help.

This work may be helpful if you are navigating difficult parenting decisions; preparing for mediation or legal conversations; creating new family routines after separation; or trying to build a healthier long-term co-parenting relationships.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM ME

Drawing on formal training in coaching psychology, positive psychology, and contextual behavioral science, I help parents with their perspective, communication, and decision-making through family transitions. Whilst you have individual goals, my goal is to support you in making shifts that ensure forward moving progress yet support your well-being of yourself and your co-parenting relationship.

FIRST Step: SET UP AN EXPLORATORY CALL

Every family situation is different, which is why the first step is simply a conversation.

I offer a free 15-minute exploratory call to understand your situation and explore whether this type of support feels appropriate.

Initial calls can take place with one parent or both parents together. In many situations, one parent reaches out first. If ongoing support later involves both parents, we’ll discuss structure, expectations, and neutrality clearly from the outset.
