Coaching for Collaboration
Some relationships, partnerships, and teams benefit from intentional support in navigating new beginnings, change, and working together over time.
I work with people within important shared relationships and responsibilities — particularly where people are connected through goals, roles, decisions, or systems.
This may include:
founder or leadership partnerships;
new teams or collaborative ventures;
transitions and role changes;
workplace relationships & team dynamics;
and family transitions.
The focus of this work is not simply resolving problems, but supporting more resilient and effective ways of functioning, collaborating, and moving forward together.
This work can involve coaching with individuals, or multiple people jointly. In both forms, we focus on values, goals, strengths, and communication styles. Individual coaching can support self-awareness and a clearer understanding of a person’s role within the wider dynamic. This often supports more constructive shared conversations, collaborative decision-making, and healthier functioning relationships over time.
This is not therapy, mediation, or legal advice. It is a psychologically-informed coaching approach focused on helping people strengthen collective functioning and move toward shared goals more effectively. While reflection and self-awareness are important parts of the process, the focus of coaching remains practical and future-oriented.
When you work with me, you can expect psychological expertise and a deeply human yet practical approach, informed by professional and personal experience.
HOW TO WORK WITH ME
I offer a complimentary call to understand your situation and explore whether this type of support is suitable.
If one individual reaches out first and ongoing support later involves more than one person, we’ll discuss structure, expectations, and neutrality before beginning group work.
For an exploratory meeting with me, please book a time using the calendar link below. If you don’t see a suitable time, feel free to email me at leanne@leanneconnors.com
