I draw from frameworks in positive psychology and coaching psychology, but only when helpful. Models like ACT, narrative approaches, or strengths-based methods are never prescriptive; they support rather than steer.

My practice is rooted in the belief that no two realities are the same. What works in research offers insight, but true change comes from honoring each person’s unique context, values, and goals.
