CO-PARENT COACHING
Co-parenting can require you to communicate, make decisions, and work together with someone when the relationship between you has fundamentally changed. Differences in priorities, communication styles, emotions, or expectations can make even everyday parenting decisions difficult.
I work individually and jointly with co-parents who want to improve how they communicate with one another, approach shared decisions more constructively, and develop a more workable co-parenting relationship.
BOTH INDIVIDUAL AND SHARED GOALS
Co-parent coaching can support both your individual goals and the goals you share as co-parents.
Individual goals might focus on your own communication, boundaries, responses, or how you want to approach the co-parenting relationship.
Shared goals might focus on what you both want for your children, and how you can work together around common priorities.

For individuals navigating their co-parenting relationship
I provide a confidential space to gain perspective, clarify what matters most, and take action in ways that support the kind of co-parenting relationship you want to develop. You may be transitioning to parenting across two homes, or you may have an established co-parenting relationship and want to address challenges, improve how you work together, or find more workable ways forward.
Sessions may focus on:
Clarifying your priorities and goals as a co-parent
Navigating challenging co-parenting dynamics
Approaching difficult conversations and improving communication
Managing conflict and responding constructively when emotions are high
Preparing for shared decisions about your children
Understanding your own patterns and responses, and what may be helping or hindering the relationship
Establishing and maintaining boundaries
Adjusting to parenting across two homes
Identifying what is within your control and where you can make meaningful changes
Developing a more workable co-parenting relationship over time
-
For parents who want to function more effectively together in their parenting relationship.
When adult relationships and family circumstances change, parents find they need to develop new ways of communicating, making decisions, and working together.
Sessions may focus on:
Navigating difficult conversations, and improving communication
Developing sustainable ways of working together
Shared decision-making practices
Identifying shared goals and priorities
I do not provide parenting-plan mediation or make recommendations about children’s residential arrangements.
Where one parent contacts me first, any subsequent work involving more than one parent will be discussed before we begin.
Coaching is not therapy, mediation, medical, or legal advice.
I work separately from attorneys, mediators, mental health professionals, and other practitioners who may be involved in your separation or divorce. My role is to provide a distinct coaching space focused on you — supporting you to gain perspective, navigate challenges, make considered decisions, and move forward with greater clarity and purpose.
I do not provide parenting-plan mediation or make recommendations about children’s residential arrangements.
Sessions can be booked as a one-off or as a series, depending on what you’d like to work on.

HOW I WORK
My coaching approach is thoughtful, practical, and future-focused.
I will provide you with a neutral, structured, and goal-oriented space that creates the opportunity to step back from established patterns, understand what may be getting in the way of progress, and explore different ways of working together.
I draw on my background in positive psychology to keep your well-being in view while supporting you in developing the skills to function well in your co-parenting relationship.
