COACHING THROUGH
Separation & Divorce
When your family structure changes, it can bring uncertainty, changing relationships, difficult decisions, and questions about what comes next.
Coaching provides a confidential, supportive, and goal-oriented space to step back, think clearly, and work through what matters most.
I find deep value and purpose in helping people navigate this difficult life transition — gaining greater clarity and perspective, focusing on what will help them move forward, and ultimately thrive in what comes next.
-
For individuals in the transition of separation or divorce.
I provide a confidential space to gain perspective, clarify what matters most, and take action in ways that support what’s important to you.
Sessions may focus on:
Clarifying priorities and goals
Navigating the personal and practical challenges of separation or divorce
Balancing work, family, and personal well-being
Approaching difficult conversations
Managing conflict and relationship dynamics
Reconsidering your career or working life, including gaining clarity about your strengths. Where useful, I can incorporate a psychometric assessment to support this work.
Adjusting to change and planning what comes next
Coaching is not therapy, mediation, medical, or legal advice.
I work separately from attorneys, mediators, mental health professionals, and other practitioners related to your divorce process. I provide coaching that aims to support you in moving through this transition.
Sessions can be booked as a one-off or as a series, depending on what you would like to work on.
