Fulfillment & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how coaching services purchased from Leanne Connors LLC are delivered and the general terms relating to payment, cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.

Coaching Sessions

Coaching sessions are scheduled in advance and are generally conducted online via Zoom, unless otherwise agreed.

Payment is due no later than 48 hours before the scheduled session, unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a coaching session, please provide at least 48 hours' notice.

Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice may be charged at the full session fee.

Refunds

If you have paid for a session and cancel or reschedule it in accordance with the cancellation policy above, any payment made may be applied to a rescheduled session or refunded, as appropriate.

Once a coaching session has taken place, fees for that session are non-refundable.

Coaching Agreement

Clients who engage in coaching services are also subject to the terms of their individual Coaching Agreement. If there is any inconsistency between this policy and a signed Coaching Agreement, the Coaching Agreement will govern.
